Whether it is manufacturing companies or users, it is difficult to digest at a time. To some extent, further improvement of the implementation of national standards and price subsidy mechanisms will play a key role in the promotion of energy-saving transformers.

Recently, the Ministry of Finance, the Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the “Implementation Rules for the Promotion of High-efficiency and Energy-saving Distribution Transformers for Energy-Saving Products for Huimin Project”. The products are promoted to three-phase 10 kV compression level, non-excitation voltage regulation, and energy efficiency class 2 And above, oil-immersed type with rated capacity of 30 kVA to 1600 kVA and dry-type transformer with rated capacity of 30 kVA to 2500 kVA.

This range covers silicon steel transformers and SH15 amorphous transformers with energy efficiency standards of S13 and above. This means that for the energy-saving transformer industry, which is deeply under pressure, this is tantamount to a strong shot.

It is foreseeable that the difficulty and challenges of China's energy conservation work will become more and more important in the future. In the case of slow structural energy efficiency, the use of technical means to improve energy efficiency has become an important support point for promoting energy conservation at this stage. However, in order to obtain development space for technical energy conservation, it is necessary to develop a standard system for feasible use.

In fact, transformer energy efficiency standards are one of the priorities of power standardization work. In 2005, the power industry introduced the industry standard distribution transformer energy efficiency technology economic evaluation guidelines, which played a positive role in promoting the replacement of old transformers and reducing energy efficiency. Fortunately, the current energy efficiency standard for 10 kV three-phase distribution transformers has been submitted for approval; the economic evaluation guidelines for energy efficiency of distribution transformers will be implemented from July 1 this year; the design guidelines for environmental awareness of transformers will be from June 1 this year. Implemented.

It is undeniable that energy-saving transformers have unprecedented development opportunities and have huge market demand. From the enterprise level, we must be prepared for a protracted war, practice internal strength, extend to the upstream and downstream of the industry, and provide differentiated products.
