Product introduction

The core components of the SCB10-RL and SCB11-RL series epoxy resin cast three-dimensional volume core dry type transformers are completely symmetrical after assembly and annealing, the magnetoresistance is greatly reduced, and the magnetizing current and no-load loss are significantly reduced. The upper and lower clamps are integral, protecting the entire core from external forces during manufacturing, transportation and installation, and can effectively compress and support the coil, improving the ability of the transformer to resist axial electric power when suddenly short-circuited, special The clamping member effectively suppresses the vibration of the noise in the clamping member, and keeps the noise of the transformer in an ideal state. The epoxy-encapsulated coil, the coil conductor and the resin insulating layer form a complete steel body with high mechanical strength, and since the entire coil conductor is encapsulated by the solid of the epoxy resin, not only moisture is difficult to invade, but also completely blocked. The conductor is invaded by various harmful gases and corrosive chemicals, so its moisture and antifouling properties are particularly good.

In addition to the advantages of conventional dry-type transformers, such as safety and overload capability, epoxy resin cast three-dimensional three-dimensional coil core dry type transformers also have environmental protection, low no-load loss, low excitation current, low noise, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and short circuit resistance. It is resistant to shock and overvoltage, small in size, light in weight and beautiful in appearance. The main performance indicators of the products are superior to international standards and lead the world.

Three-dimensional triangular coil core

The three-dimensional triangular structure is adopted to make the arrangement of the cores more reasonable. Three identical equilateral triangles are used to form a three-dimensional equilateral triangle, so that the three-phase core magnetic circuit of the product is completely symmetrical and equal, ensuring the balance of three-phase power supply. And the magnetoresistance is greatly reduced, and the exciting current and the no-load loss are significantly reduced. The core solidification adopts the solid solidification process of the three-dimensional triangular coil core, and the curing effect is good, and the iron core is not deformed during assembly, transportation and operation, thereby reducing the core no-load loss and noise. The advantages of this structure are:

The energy-saving effect is remarkable: the three-dimensional triangular coil core has no joints, that is, there is no high energy consumption zone, and the high magnetic permeability of the high-quality core material can be fully utilized to minimize the loss caused by the air gap formed at the joint.

Miniaturization: The space utilization factor is high, and the transformer adopts a triangular structure, so the volume is smaller than that of the conventional transformer, the structure is compact, the appearance is beautiful, and the floor space is small.

Low noise: Since the three-dimensional triangular coil core is wound by several trapezoidal strips in sequence, the silicon steel strips are tightly wound, and the magnetic direction of the silicon steel strip is exactly the same as the magnetic path of the core, and the vibration during operation is small. Solve the noise caused by the inconsistent magnetic circuit of the laminated iron core, and reduce the noise to a minimum.

Vacuum pressure casting

The high-voltage coil is made of a thin insulating cast structure and is poured under vacuum (3-5 mbar) with an epoxy resin mixed filler. The pouring process strictly controls the temperature and vacuum degree controlled by the process of baking, preheating, pouring, vacuum protection, pressure relief, gelation, demoulding, curing, etc., and eliminates various defects such as bubbles and cracks in the winding after casting.

The cast resin mixture can be completely impregnated into the respective gaps of the coil to prevent the existence of voids, effectively suppressing the partial discharge phenomenon, and the partial discharge does not exceed 5 pC.

Winding

The coil is composed of a high voltage coil and a low voltage coil, the low voltage coil is a foil or a cylinder structure, and the end insulation is sealed with a resin mixture; the high voltage coil adopts a segmented cylindrical structure, and the entire coil conductor is epoxy resin. The solid insulation layer is encapsulated.

According to the size of the transformer, an axial heat dissipation duct capable of bidirectional heat dissipation is disposed in the inner layer of the coil.

The DMD prepreg is thermally cured between the layers, and is placed in an oven after the winding is processed to make it a very strong short-circuit resistant winding.

At the same time, the 315kVA and above capacity low voltage adopts foil winding, and the low voltage adopts foil winding, which has the following advantages:

1 There is no helix angle at both ends of the coil, so the unbalanced ampoule is greatly reduced. The ability to withstand short circuits can be greatly enhanced.

2 Winding turns are arranged in the direction of the amplitude, the air duct setting can be more flexible and applicable, and has strong heat dissipation performance

3 windings have large inter-turn capacitance, small potential gradient and strong anti-impact voltage capability.

The high-voltage coil adopts a segmented cylindrical structure, and the entire coil conductor is encapsulated by a solid insulating layer of epoxy resin, and the epoxy resin and curing agent are selected from HUNTSMAN high-grade insulating material. The coil conductor and the resin insulating layer form a complete rigid body, which has good mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, and high compressive strength of the epoxy resin, and the entire coil conductor is encapsulated by the solid insulating layer of the epoxy resin. Therefore, not only is the moisture difficult to immerse, but also the possibility that the conductor is invaded by various harmful gases and corrosive chemical components, and thus the moisture and antifouling properties are particularly good.
