The high-voltage winding is made of H-class enameled wire. It adopts a multi-stage cylindrical structure to improve the internal structure by electric field analysis and minimize the electric field strength. The interlayer insulation adopts a composite silane glass cloth with strong adsorption capacity, and the epoxy resin is vacuum-casted. The insulation layer has good elasticity, no cracking and high reliability.
The advanced vacuum casting equipment adopts static mixing system to ensure the good fluidity of the mixed resin. The resin can completely penetrate the interlayer, the inter-turn and the inter-segment of the winding during casting, and there will be no air bubbles inside, ensuring locality. The discharge amount is controlled below 5 pC. The epoxy resin adopts the products of international famous brand HUNTSMAN (formerly Ciba-Jiaji) to ensure the quality and life of the coil insulation.
The low-voltage winding adopts a foil-type coil structure, and the air passage is added according to the heat dissipation requirement; the insulation between the winding layers is made of epoxy resin pre-impregnated composite insulating material D279, which has excellent anti-overvoltage shock and short circuit resistance.
Regardless of resin casting or foil coil, due to the optimized structural design, excellent performance materials and mature processing technology, the coil has excellent insulation performance, short circuit resistance and overload capability, and long-term operation is not cracked and maintenance-free.

The high-quality silicon steel sheet and low magnetic flux density design effectively reduce the noise, no-load current and no-load loss of the transformer.
In addition, since the frequency of the noise is 100 Hz, in the overall design process of the core, the size of each part is analyzed and optimized, so that the natural vibration frequency of the core avoids the fundamental frequency of the noise and the integer frequency range of the fundamental frequency, effectively reducing the number of decibels of noise. .
The core adopts a full-slant seam structure with seven steps of stepping. This structure can reduce the local overexcitation of the joint portion, which not only reduces the no-load current and no-load loss of the transformer, but also reduces noise. The noise is 10~20dB (A) lower than the national standard.
